01Product Concept & Active Discussion
3–5 days
We align the product concept, target consumer, intended benefits, key actives, format, positioning and commercial direction.
Start Your Product HOW WE WORK
Every project is different.
But the path usually looks something like this.
WHAT YOU KNOW
“I want a premium men’s body wash.”
WHAT CAN BE MADE

It can be detailed.
Or it can be one sentence.
“I want to launch a premium men’s grooming brand.”
That is enough to start.
Clarity before complexity.
The idea is translated into requirements that formulation, technical and manufacturing partners can work with.
Formulations, samples, packaging possibilities and manufacturing options begin taking shape.
Formulation, fragrance, flavour, ingredients, packaging and cost may require iteration before the product is ready.
Approved product requirements move towards commercial manufacturing.
TYPICAL PROJECT TIMELINE
Every product develops differently, but a typical project follows this rhythm. Timelines are indicative and may vary depending on formulation complexity, ingredient availability, packaging, testing, approvals, MOQs and manufacturing requirements.
3–5 days
We align the product concept, target consumer, intended benefits, key actives, format, positioning and commercial direction.
10–12 days
The agreed product brief moves into formulation and initial sample development.
7–10 days
Feedback is translated into formulation, fragrance, flavour, texture, performance or other required adjustments.
Once the packaging format is selected, artwork, label and packaging design move towards final approval.
Typically 35–45 days after final packaging/design approval
Following final product, packaging and commercial approvals, the product moves into manufacturing and production coordination.
Product development is rarely completely sequential. Packaging selection, costing, sourcing and manufacturing discussions can progress alongside sampling and refinement wherever practical.
Indicative timelines only. Actual timelines depend on product complexity, testing requirements, regulatory requirements, component availability, packaging lead times, approval cycles and manufacturing capacity.
Every one of those is a valid starting point.
Why should someone
choose your product?
Have answers to all of these?
Great.
Have answers to none of them?
Also fine.
